The team at Links Modular Solutions come from a wide variety of backgrounds, including staff who have worked in and managed Leisure & Aquatic Facilities and Health Clubs.

Don Hartley Managing Director
BAppSc (Physical Education)
Don Hartley founded Leisure Management Services in 1995 with Nick Ciccarelli. After begining his career in Sales & Marketing, he combined with Nick Ciccarelli to operate Leisure Facilities across Victoria and New South Wales. In 1999 the focus changed to include software development, and today oversees the sales and business development of Links Modular Solutions and its integrated products.
Nick Ciccarelli Managing Director

Nick Ciccarelli founded Leisure Management Services with Don Hartley in 1995. A former centre manager and qualified teacher, Nick has overseen the operation components of both LMS and Links Modular Solutions for many years. Today Nick oversees the development of the Links application along with all peripherals development and integration.
Tony Braden Managing Director
BSci (Computer Technology)
Tony Braden is the former owner of Tristalee Pty Ltd. who were the former owners of Sportsman and Sportsman Plus, before LMS took over its distribution. The writer of all applications including the Links Software, Tony now operates Links Modular Solutions Pty Ltd, with Don & Nick. Tony is the Director of IT and oversees the application development.
Management
Michaela Kmetko Business Operations Manager

Michaela comes from a background of Aquatics and Leisure Centre operation. Beginning with LMS in 2005 in the support department, Michaela now looks after the day to day business operations and customer service staff teams.
Adrian has been in the leisure industry for over 15 years and has most recently worked with Sydney YMCA. He has a health and fitness background. Adrian has recently made the big move over to the US to oversee the business development of Links in America.
Neil Uden President, LMS America
NVQ in Customer Service and Business Management
Following 5 years as a Customer Service Manager, Systems Trainer and Community Strategy Advisor in the UK, Neil worked for 3 years as the Operations Manager for the British Swim School in Florida.
In 2007 Neil became the LMS America company President, and has quickly established Links Modular Solutions as a market leading club management software in the US.
Diane has over 14 years experience in IT as a Software Developer, Support Consultant and Database Administrator. Diane has worked in the Health, Finance & Sporting sectors. Today Diane develops the Links Modular Solutions core application.
Chris Heale Developer
BBus (Computer Systems Support)
Chris has over 7 years experience in IT, having worked in the Medical Health, Health & Leisure, and Retail sectors. Chris developes many of the Links integrated web applications and also looks after much the business' IT support.
Michael Siddles Senior Analyst Programmer
BSc Hons (Computer Science)
Michael recently joined the Links development team, particularly to work in the areas of customer application development. Michael has 40 years experience in a range of industries. Michael is currently working on the new kiosk.link

Matt Hughes QLD Sales

Matt has been in the fitness industry for nearly 15 years. After 8 years with the YMCA, Matt spent time in the UK, working as a Wellness Service Manager for Newham Leisure Centre, part of the Greenwich Leisure Limited chain. Matt now looks after client accounts in Queensland and is based in Brisbane.

Kylie Biondino NSW Sales
Diploma of Sports Coaching
Kylie began working with LMS at Bayfit Leisure Centre in 2002. Kylie has worked in Sales & Promotions and today looks after client accounts in NSW and is based in Sydney
Tania Beattie Training & Testing
Diploma - Sports Administration
Tania comes from a background in customer service and finance. She joined LMS in 2006, and has provided Training & Support to many Links clients. Currently on maternity leave, Tania will return to a role of testing & training planning in late April this year.
Emma Hatch
Training & Support
Emma like many of the Links team comes from a background in Health & Fitness. Emma formerly worked for the YMCA, before joining the Links training team in 2009. Emma spends most of her time on the road, and when in the office looks after training documentation.
David has a strong background in customer support and IT, with over 10 years in the Retail and Fitness customer support sectors. David has joined the support team to add a strong customer support focus to the team. David looks after all support related items, including technical and peripheral support.
Matt Inglis Support
Bachelor of Business (Marketing)
Matt has recently joined the Links team as a Support Officer. With over 2 years experience of using Links it has made for an easy transition into the company. Matt is now looking after queries related to Links Support.
Michelle has worked for LMS for over 10 years, and has always held a keen interest in sports and fitness. Michelle now works for Links, and takes care of all peripheral and consumable orders.
Steph joined the team in July 2010 as a Personal Assistant. She is now assisting Michaela and the rest of the team taking care of administration and reception tasks.
Tayla joined the Links team in early 2009 whilst on a gap year. Tayla is currently studying Marketing and will be assisting Michaela with the company's marketing and communications.
