Just like classweb.link, facilityweb.link enables your customers to book appointments with you at any time of day. We all know that as our days get busier we often lack time to make important appointments and bookings. With facilityweb.link your customers can book their health consultations, PT appointments, Squash court hire and Birthday parties online. Facilityweb.link allows you to control which facilities are available for booking online and to customise your prices. You can offer discounts for customers that book and pay online. It automatically handles your pricing structures for example automatically applying member prices or casual prices.

As soon as a customer registers interest in an appointment, whilst they are finalising payment or checking out other facilities the booking is held tentatively, so there is no chance of double bookings. You can see within the Links Desktop application who is booking online and how long they have to confirm their appointment. All bookings are updated to the database immediately and payments are processed and recorded in your Links database in real time.

memweb.link

Coming in mid 2010, memweb.link will allow your customers to purchase memberships online. A very handy tool for clubs offering promotions or pre sales. There is no need to load up on staffing and increase your costs throughout promotion time, your potential members instead can simply join your club from the comfort of their own homes. Memweb.link like the other web applications connects to the Links Database in real time, allowing you to see your daily transactions at any time.

As the database owner you control what members are available for purchase online. In turn the application will operate just the same if you had sold it from within the Links Desktop Application including applying the customer to their nominated retention program. The customer can complete their direct debit authority online, and they are seamlessly registered for ongoing direct debit payments.

You as the club owner or operator can spend your time generating sales and retaining your customers, rather than simply processing transactions.

The team here at Links Modular Solutions do not believe in controlling your facility. You know best how to manage your facility and we just want to offer you the tools to do so. Each application is provided to you in an easy to install installer package, and thorough installation guides are provided stepping you through each step of the process. The facilityweb.link & memweb.link application can be setup as an IFrame, that will sit within your own website, allowing you to maintain your company image. The classweb.link application has its own style sets allows you to match the theme to your current website. Your applications can be managed by your IT staff or your website hosting provider, allowing you greater control of your business operations, rather than being reliant upon a third party.
